Avril is the Foundress of The Sexual Agency, a collective of intimacy coordinators specializing in adult media and sexual wellness, and the creator of SexologyGirl, a communications and education consultancy specializing in sexual health and wellness, reproductive rights, and support services.

A Miami-born Clinical Sexologist, Porn Literacy Educator, and Intimacy Coordinator for the adult film industry, Avril works with award-winning talent and leading creators, ensuring on-set safety, support, and well-being. She offers therapy and counseling tailored to sex workers and adult content creators, focusing on mental, sexual, and physical health.

Avril has spoken at major events such as SXSW EDU and Oxford Feminist Society and her work has been featured in HypeBae, Wired, and Dua Lipa’s SERVICE95. She also curates educational and community-focused events at venues like The Standard and Soho House, driving informed discussions around sexuality, empowerment, and wellness.
