Complaints Process
If you have any issues with billing, concerns about our content, or other problems, please do not hesitate to contact us at shout@xoafterglow.com. We respond to most messages within 1 business day. Any billing concerns or content inquiries will be investigated within 14 business days from receipt in our email inbox. Any concerns regarding illegal content or other regulatory violations will be investigated and resolved within 7 business days.
afterglow takes all content removal requests very seriously and reviews and addresses them all within seven (7) days.
Please email our Customer Support at shout@xoafterglow.com should you be the victim of, or come across content that
you have personal knowledge of as constituting:
• Non-consensual production and/or distribution of your image (including but not limited to such things as: revenge
porn, image based sexual abuse, blackmail, exploitation);
OR
• Otherwise abusive and/or illegal content
If you feel you had a valid complaint that was not resolved, you may appeal to support@xoafterglow.com.
